On August 6th, 2020, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 759/QD-UBND adjusting the investment policy of Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Project with the updated details as follows:
Project implementation site: Dak Koi commune, Kon Ray district; Dak Tang commune, Ngoc Tem commune and Mang Canh commune, Kon Plong district, Kon Tum province.
Estimated land use area: 910.85 ha.
Total investment capital: VND 9,428,595,832,000 (in words: nine thousand, four hundred and twenty eight billion, five hundred and ninety five million, eight hundred and thirty two thousand dong).
Project implementation schedule: from 2010 to December 2021.
Other contents comply with the Investment Certificate No. 38121000021 issued for the first time on 11th February 2009 and modified for the first time on 31st August 2010 by Kon Tum Provincial People’s Committee. Investors are entitled to investment incentives and support according to current regulations./.
The Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
